Lighthouse Sauvignon Blanc
A vibrant bouquet opens with lively aromas of gooseberry and zesty citrus, complemented by crisp green apple, subtle herbal notes, and delicate orange blossom. The palate is bright and fruit-driven, revealing layers of green melon, apple, and refreshing lemongrass. A clean, saline finish with a distinctive mineral character, reminiscent of fresh oyster shell, adds elegance and remarkable length.

Lighthouse - Rosé
Inspired by the timeless elegance of Provence-style rosé, this wine offers exceptional balance, finesse, and refreshing character. Its cool-climate origins bring vibrant freshness, while Shiraz contributes a smooth texture and generous red berry flavours. Carefully harvested early in the season, the grapes preserve bright acidity and enhance delicate floral aromas with subtle hints of stone fruit, resulting in a refined and beautifully structured rosé.

Lighthouse - Moody Lagoon
Bold and expressive from the first pour, this wine reveals inviting aromas of violets, ripe mulberries, and sweet confectionery notes, layered with hints of leather, dried tobacco, black cherries, and cracked black pepper as it develops in the glass. The palate introduces a savoury dimension, with subtle smoky undertones and warm spice adding depth and complexity. Rich and full-bodied, it is supported by refined, silky tannins and lively acidity, leading to a long, elegant finish highlighted by dark chocolate and juicy blueberry flavours.
